  RPM 4.14 has %{VERSION} defined as 'the main packages version'.

- Do not install antlr.jar to avoid conflicts with a regular
  antlr-java packages. Packages using antlr-bootstrap needs to have
  antlr-bootstrap in their CLASSPATH
