- Update to 0.6.4:
  * No upstream changelog.
- Drop patch streamz-pr434-asyncdask.patch:
  * Included upstream.
- Add patch support-new-distributed.patch:
  * Also import cleanup when using loop, since distributed forces
    calling it in your own context now.
- Ignore graph tests due to weird failures.
