- Implement single-spec version

- update to 1.1.6:
  - Reimplement ``LRUCache`` and ``TTLCache`` using
    ``collections.OrderedDict``.  Note that this will break pickle
    compatibility with previous versions.
  - Fix ``TTLCache`` not calling ``__missing__()`` of derived classes.

    with caching decorators.
