- Update to v2.2
  * Add support for Python 3.6, and removed 3.2 and 3.3
  * Fix bugs with Windows and macOS
  * Add missing Python keywords and builtins
  * add Report class to optionally collect and classify unmatched subtokens
  * add optional argument to specify additional extensions
