- Add remove-isystem.patch to unconditionally removing -isystem,
  looks like the gcc check is broken.
- Add armv7.patch to disable __uint128_t usage which does not
  exist on ARMv7.
- Always use clang as C compiler, note that the build system will
  always use clang++ ad CXX compiler if it finds it.
