- Update to 5.0.0
  * Create and fill plugin subpackage api modules
  * Deprecate safeweakref and replace its uses

- Remove nose, tests can be run by unittest now

    *  Update ``etstool.py`` to work with a non-EDM bootstrap environment on
      Windows.

      Appveyor configurations.
