- Version bump to 1.7 (bsc#1198760). Some changes are
  * Update authentication to support TLS and AMT 11.0.
  * Add amtider tool to support IDE-redirection
  * add note for newer machines to amtterm manpage
  * fix memory leak
  * fix typo in man page
