- update to 1.6.1-rc5-0.3:
  + added config file for logrotate
  + fixed '#'<whitespace'-bug regarding configuration files
  + prepared NG for future use of bool configuration parameters 
    as 'true' and 'false' (only)
  + fixed 'not substituted variables' in ngraph.ncfg after 'configure'
  + changed install-destination directories of multigrapher-sample 
    configuration to <NAGIOS_ETC>/ngraph.d
  + moved perl modules to <NAGIOS_CONTRIB_DIR>/perl
  + added more Hooks
  + added some grapher templates
  + fixed layout file
  + fixed "always first service" bug
- builds for nagios and nagios3 now  
- added delaycompress and "create 640 nagios nagcmd" to logrotate
  script; use try-restart instead of reload
- rework patches so that they can go upstream
- added patch from Heiko Schlittermann (reverse_proxy.patch)
