- Added new requirements and suggestions and specify required versions
  of python packages.

- Added multibuild support so now a home-assistant-experimental package
  is also built and it can be used instead of the original home-assistant
  package. The difference between them is that home-assistant has
  pinned dependencies just like upstream, while home-assistant looses
  the requirements by depending on at least the versions required by
  upstream, but allowing newer versions of the dependencies too.
  This is specially useful to run home-assistant on Tumbleweed.

- Added a firewalld service file to ease the opening of
  home-assistant's port in the firewall.
