Well, can you please decline this? I was not ready for submitting this as I am currently preparing the SDK for the Python 3.11 transition and it's not helpful when "obs-autosubmit" randomly picks packages to submit them to Factory.

I will submit the packages at once converted to Python 3.11 when they are ready.
