be addded.

why do you comment out the sysuser requires?
I use "quilt setup nfs-utils.spec" to unpack the tar archive and apply the patch. It complains about %sysusers so I comment it could and try to remember to uncomment it before I submit. I forgot this time - thanks for catching this! I'll resubmit.
