had to adjust the flag for x265
Couldn't you skip only those tests which require non-free codecs, or somehow modify the tests?
So the tests are autoskipped which need x265, but because libheif is neutered in the repos, all those fail. And we are talking about roughly 80 tests i need to filter out because of libheif.
