That PR went to the main branch, which is for general rpmlint development shared with other distros (e.g. fedora). Our openSUSE-specific changes such as whitelistings should go on the opensuse branch only.

I've left a comment on https://github.com/rpm-software-management/rpmlint/pull/1267 asking if this was intentional. If it was, then @dgarcia will need to merge main into opensuse (which he does at regular intervals AFAIK) for that change to end up here.
