* rely on version and not `PARENT_TAG` versionformat.
By default, `PARENT_TAG` instructs git to use the first tag found for
the revision. This causes issues when there are multiple tags for the
same revision (ref/*) because git ends up choosing an incorrect tag.
* switch to `obs_scm`
