Why do you split off adjtimex from util-linux? IMHO this is useless as adjtimex is a required utility and util-linux is a hard required package for a usable system.

IMHO fragmentation of util-linux will lead to deep trouble as the tools belong to utils-linux. This is one set of utils and splitting off will lead to trouble in case of utils-linux will be updated. We could discuss about sub packages but a spliting is IMHO a nogo.

Brood on it: IMHO the package util-linux has to require the other packages as if anyone uses rpm only the former dependencies shoul d be fulfilled as well. That is if anyone installs util-linux then time, which, and adjtimex should be installed as well. The same holds true for the build system its self because AFAIK lines like `Provides: util-linux:/usr/sbin/adjtimex' will not be respected.

As discussed with Petr, this is ok.
I'll add the util-linux maintainers as maintainers.
