A blender update to follow, please accept this package first.

I did attempt to remove the symlinks and add a versioned plugin directory, see the shell script above the files section but at the moment blender needs an unversioned plugins directory and the symlinks.

In this case, the correct thing would probably be to build the plugins as plugins and not as shared libraries.

in autoFOO build systems, one could pass -module -avoid-version to the LDFLAGS of the respective modules

I'm in communication with the developer via github issue(referenced in the bug) I've left it up to him, he's also a blender developer. Audaspace becomes external to blender permanently in 2.80. This issue should be cleared up by 2.79a. I simply made the comment to explain the rpmlint errors and why I never made an rpmlintrc.
