The reason apparently seems to be because extra-cmake-modules (5.55.0) is missing...
Exactly. I had extra-cmake-modules 5.55 in my branch project and it built fine, but then I couldn't submit the whole project in a multi-package SR since I didn't make any change to e-c-m. I had to remove it in order to be able to submit, but then it stopped building (since I'm building against openSUSE:Leap:15.1 and not against K:F5 in my branch project as I wanted to test KF5 to run fine in Leap:15.1). Since I submitted to K:F5 and extra-cmake-modules 5.55 is there, it should build fine once accepted.
Also, I guess this needs to be put in sync with what entered KUF.
Good point, I superseded this with https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/677463 to add the patch tags
I've added two repositories openSUSE_Factory and openSUSE_Leap_15.0 to build against KDE:Frameworks5 so it can be seen that it builds fine (see the comments in request 677110 for further explanations)
The changelog entry is duplicated in kconfig.changes.
Otherwise looks fine to me...
