Has this been tested and it works? Maybe I am missing something but looking at the enchant-voikko rpm in SLE15:GA (which I assume is the version we are concerned about upgrading from) it provides "enchant-voikko" not "enchant-backend-voikko". Should we be obsoleting "enchant-voikko" instead?

I've updated baselibs to take care of enchant-voikko too (enchant-backend-voikko needs to be handled too, to please repo-checker).
