IMO the changelog entry should have a short blurb saying what added patches do/fix. E.g.

Patches are from upstream and packages are good.

But why are we adding the patches? They must fix some important bugs right? If nothing else maybe precede the patch list with something like "Add upstream patches to fix various bugs".

FYI, when submitting to the various SLE project each changelog entry must be accompanied by a bug or jira number. See the libvirt rev I mentioned above for an example.
