Have you checked that compiling code against the library installed by the -devel pkg does not also require any of the boost headers? Otherwise, you will need to explicitly add the corresponding Requires to the -devel pkg.

I haven't checked that, will do.
@badshah400: maeparser headers indeed include "<boost/dynamic_bitset.hpp>". It seems to be the only boost library exposed. Will add BuildRequires: libboost_headers-devel to maeparser-devel.
