cryptsetup is used to conveniently set up dm-crypt based device-mapper
targets. It allows to set up targets to read cryptoloop compatible
volumes as well as LUKS formatted ones. The package additionally
includes support for automatically setting up encrypted volumes at boot
time via the config file /etc/crypttab.

This projects provides new and updated packages for cryptography and privacy and their dependencies for maintained distribution versions of openSUSE and SLE.

RNP is a set of OpenPGP (RFC4880) tools, an alternative to GnuPG.

This is a C++ library for working with S-expressions. S-expressions
are a data structure for representing complex data as a variation on
LISP S-expressions.

RocksDB is a high performance embedded database for key-value data.
It is a fork of LevelDB which was then optimized to exploit many
central processing unit (CPU) cores, and make efficient use of fast
storage, such as solid-state drives (SSD), for input/output (I/O)
bound workloads. It is based on a log-structured merge-tree (LSM tree)
data structure.

PostgreSQL extension with support for version string comparison through libversion.

Lighttpd is a secure, fast, compliant, and very flexible Web server
that has been optimized for high-performance environments. It has a
very low memory footprint compared to other Web servers and takes care
of CPU load. Its advanced feature set (FastCGI, CGI, Auth,
Output-Compression, URL-Rewriting, and more) makes lighttpd the perfect
Web server software for every server that is suffering load problems.

Cacti is a complete front-end to RRDtool: it stores all necessary
information for creating graphs and populates them with data from a
MySQL database. The front-end is completely PHP driven. Along with
being ableto maintain graphs, data sources, and round robin archives
ina database, Cacti also handles data gathering. There exists an SNMP
support for those accustomed to creating traffic graphs with MRTG as
well.

Spine is a supplemental poller for Cacti that makes use of pthreads to achieve
excellent performance.

GNU Rush is a Restricted User Shell designed for sites providing limited remote access to their resources, such as SVN or Git repositories, scp, or the like. Using a sophisticated configuration file, Rush gives you complete control over the command lines that users execute, as well as over the usage of system resources such as virtual memory, CPU time, etc. In particular, it allows you to run remote programs in a chrooted environment, which is important with such programs as sftp-server or scp that lack this ability.

ack is a grep-like tool tailored to working with large trees of source code.

Maintainer

Difftastic is a structural diff tool that compares files based on their syntax.

FLoM is a free open source distributed lock manager that can be used to
synchronize shell commands, scripts and custom developed software. When used
in a shell environment, FLoM manages process synchronization in the same way
that "nice" manages process prioritization. Supports networking, abstract
resources, offers a library, encryption and peer authentication.
