Program that keeps the content of your X clipboard in memory, so the clipboard will not get lost even after you close the application you copied from.
It is a daemon – it will run in the background.

Go For It! keeps track of your tasks and assists you in processing them subsequently.
The timer avoids distraction, by keeping your focus on the recent task, while reminding you to take short breaks on a regular base.

light-locker is a simple locker that aims to have simple, sane, secure defaults and be well integrated with the desktop while not carrying any desktop-specific dependencies.
It relies on LightDM for locking and unlocking your session via systemd-logind.

LightDM is a lightweight, cross-desktop display manager.
Its main features are a well-defined greeter API allowing multiple GUIs, support for all display manager use cases, with plugins where appropriate, low code complexity, and fast performance.
Due to its cross-platform nature greeters can be written in several toolkits such as Qt and GTK+.

A LightDM greeter that uses the GTK+ toolkit.
This is the reference implementation of a LightDM greeter based on the Gtk toolkit.

The application divides time in two sections: up-time and break-time.
After the up-time has passed, the computer switches to another state (either screen upside-down, dimmed, screensaver, etc).

Vala Panel is a desktop panel written in Vala and Gtk3.
Initially it was a fork of LXPanel but 0.2.0 is completely rewritten in Vala.
It offers same functionality as LXPanel but:
* It has a slightly bigger memory usage.
* X11 dependency is stripped from panel core (but it is not tested on another display servers, such as Wayland and Mir, right now).
* Some of former LXPanel plugins are separate binaries now and live in another packages (volume applet for example).

Vala Panel Extras is a set of small programs that can be used with any StatusNotifierItem implementation (appindicator).
It contains applets that were stripped from Vala Panel, and necessary to install, if you want them.

StatusNotifierItem is the new D-Bus standard for system tray.

xiccd is a bridge between colord and the X server. Its tasks are:
* to enumerate displays and register them in colord,
* to create default ICC profiles based on EDID data,
* to apply ICC profiles provided by colord,
* and to maintain user's private ICC storage directory.

It does basically the same as the gnome-settings-daemon colour plugin or colord-kde without depending on any particular desktop nor the GTK+ libraries.

The primary goal of xiccd is providing colour profile support for desktop environments other than GNOME and KDE that do not support native colour management yet, such as MATE, Xfce, LXDE, to name a few.

An utility that queries the X server for the user's idle time and prints it to stdout (in milliseconds).

xsettingsd is a daemon that implements the XSETTINGS specification.
It is intended to be small, fast, and minimally dependent on other libraries. It can serve as an alternative to mate-settings-daemon for users who are not using the MATE desktop environment but who still run GTK+ applications and want to configure things such as themes, font antialiasing/hinting, and UI sound effects.

ctwm is Claude Lecommandeur's extension to twm; in addition to the features of twm, it supports multiple virtual screens, the pixmap file format, pinnable ("sticky") menus, and other enhancements.

Many applications can use VDPAU to accelerate portions of the video decoding process and video post-processing to the GPU video hardware. Unfortunately, there is no such library for many graphic chipsets. Some applications also support VA-API but many of them, including Adobe Flash Player, don't.
This library proposes a generic VDPAU library. It uses OpenGL under the hood to accelerate drawing and scaling and VA-API (if available) to accelerate video decoding.
