HTML documentation for PHP.

Bugowner

This package contains the PHP5 core files, including PHP binary (CLI)
and PHP configuration (php.ini). This package must be installed in
order to use PHP. Additionally, extension modules and server modules
(e.g. for Apache) may be installed.

Additional documentation is available in package php-doc.

This package is a little cache system optimized for file containers. It is
fast and safe (because it uses file locking and/or anti-corruption tests).

Pure-FTPd is a fast, production-quality, and standard-conforming FTP
server, based-on Troll-FTPd. Unlike other popular FTP servers, it has
no known security flaws, is trivial to set up, and is especially
designed for modern Linux kernels (setfsuid and sendfile capabilities)
. Features include: PAM support, IPv6, chroot()ed home directories,
virtual domains, built-in LS, anti-warez system, bandwidth throttling,
FXP, bounded ports for passive downloads, upload and download ratios,
Apache log files, and more.

An integrated interface to current and future infrastructural services offered by Amazon Web Services. Currently, this includes:

* Simple Storage Service (S3)
* Simple Queue Service (SQS)
* Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2)
* Mechanical Turk
* SimpleDB
* CloudFront

The Google data Python Client Library provides a library and source
code that make it easy to access data through Google Data APIs.

Pygments is a syntax highlighting package written in Python.

It is a generic syntax highlighter for general use in all kinds of software such
as forum systems, wikis or other applications that need to prettify source code.

Highlights are:

* a wide range of common languages and markup formats is supported
* special attention is paid to details, increasing quality by a fair amount
* support for new languages and formats are added easily
* a number of output formats, presently HTML, LaTeX, RTF and ANSI sequences
* it is usable as a command-line tool and as a library

re2c is a tool for writing fast and flexible lexers. Unlike other such
tools, it concentrates solely on generating efficient code for matching
regular expressions. This make it suitable for a wide variety of
applications. The generated scanners approach hand-crafted ones in
terms of size and speed.

libtag provides a C++ interface for reading additional data (stored in
TAGs) from MP3, Ogg Vorbis, and MPEG files.

The tmpwatch utility recursively searches through specified directories
and removes files which have not been accessed in a specified period of
time. tmpwatch is normally used to clean up directories which are used
for temporarily holding files (for example, /tmp)..

There are multiple tools called "tmpwatch", this package contains the
Fedora/Redhat version available at https://fedorahosted.org/tmpwatch

ufiformat is a tool to low-level format USB floppy disks.

Vsftpd is an FTP server, or daemon. The "vs" stands for Very Secure.
Obviously this is not a guarantee, but the entire codebase was written
with security in mind, and carefully designed to be resilient to
attack.

Recent evidence suggests that vsftpd is also extremely fast (and this
is before any explicit performance tuning!). In tests against wu-ftpd,
vsftpd was always faster, supporting over twice as many users in some
tests.

Asio is a cross-platform C++ library for network and low-level I/O
programming that provides developers with a consistent asynchronous I/O
model using a modern C++ approach.

BIABAM is a small tool, useful when you want to mail attachments from
the command line. It has similarities to mailing attachments from the
commandline with Mutt, but it only depends on bash and uuencode.

Common C++ is a GNU package which offers portable "abstraction" of
system services such as threads, networks, and sockets. Common C++
also offers individual frameworks generally useful to developing
portable C++ applications including a object persistance engine, math
libraries, threading, sockets, etc. Common C++ is small, and highly
portable. Common C++ will support most Unix operating systems as well
as Win32, in addition to GNU/Linux.

DirectFB is a thin library that provides hardware graphics
acceleration, input device handling and abstraction, an integrated
windowing system with support for translucent windows, and multiple
display layers on top of the Linux framebuffer device. It is a complete
hardware abstraction layer with software fallbacks for every graphics
operation that is not supported by the underlying hardware. DirectFB
adds graphical power to embedded systems and sets a new standard for
graphics under Linux.

dotconf is a simple-to-use and powerful configuration-file parser
library written in C. The configuration files created for dotconf look
very similar to those used by the Apache Webserver. Even
Container-Directives known from httpd.conf can easily be used in the
exact same manner as for Apache-Modules. It supports various types of
arguments, dynamically loadable modules that create their own
configuration options on-the-fly, a here-documents feature to pass very
long ARG_STR data to your app, and on-the-fly inclusion of additional
config files.

Freeglut is a completely open source alternative to the OpenGL Utility
Toolkit (GLUT) library. GLUT was originally written by Mark Kilgard to
support the sample programs in the second edition OpenGL Redbook. Since
then, GLUT has been used in a wide variety of practical applications
because it is simple, universally available, and highly portable.

GLUT (and freeglut) allow the user to create and manage windows
containing OpenGL contexts and also read the mouse, keyboard, and
joystick functions on a wide range of platforms.

Gd allows your code to quickly draw images complete with lines, arcs,
text, and multiple colors. It supports cut and paste from other images
and flood fills. It outputs PNG, JPEG, and WBMP (for wireless devices)
and is supported by PHP4.

The gperftools package contains some utilities to improve and analyze the performance of C++ programs. This includes an optimized thread-caching malloc() and cpu and heap profiling utilities.

Formerly the google-perftools package.

The GNU Scientific Library (GSL) is a collection of routines for
numerical computing. The routines are written from scratch by the GSL
team in ANSI C and present a modern Applications Programming Interface
(API) for C programmers, while allowing wrappers to be written for very
high level languages.

The library covers the following areas:

Complex Numbers Roots of Polynomials Special Functions
Vectors and Matrices Permutations Sorting BLAS Support
Linear Algebra Eigensystems Fast Fourier Transforms
Quadrature Random Numbers Quasi-Random Sequences Random
Distributions Statistics Histograms N-Tuples
Monte Carlo Integration Simulated Annealing Differential
Equations Interpolation Numerical Differentiation Chebyshev
Series Acceleration Approximation Discrete Hankel
Root-Finding Minimization Transforms Least-Squares Fitting
Physical Constants IEEE Floating-Point

hping is a command-line oriented TCP/IP packet assembler/analyzer.
The interface is inspired to the ping(8) unix command, but hping
isn't only able to send ICMP echo requests. It supports TCP, UDP,
ICMP and RAW-IP protocols, has a traceroute mode, the ability to
send files between a covered channel, and many other features.

The iODBC Driver Manager is a free implementation of the SAG CLI and
ODBC compliant driver manager which allows developers to write ODBC
compliant applications that can connect to various databases using
appropriate backend drivers.

JSON-C implements a reference counting object model that allows you to
easily construct JSON objects in C, output them as JSON formatted
strings and parse JSON formatted strings back into the C
representation of JSON objects.
