UAE is an Amiga emulator that almost completely simulates an A500. You need a Kickstart ROM as well as a Workbench to be able to work with UAE. Some programs (demos/games) will work without these too.

This package provides scripts for collecting strings changed in RPM
patches and merging them to one translation compendium.

The Avifile library allows programs to read and write compressed AVI files under Linux. Compression and decompression is performed with native codecs or (on x86 machines) Win32 DLLs.

Due to patent and other legal restrictions, this installation contains a crippled version of avifile, which does not contain some of the mentioned features. See the documentation in /usr/share/doc for more information.

AutoTrace is a program for converting bitmaps to vector graphics. The aim of the AutoTrace project is the development of a freely-available application similar to CorelTrace or Adobe Streamline. In some aspects, it is already better. Originally created as a plug-in for the GIMP, AutoTrace is now a stand-alone program and can be compiled on any UNIX platform using GCC.

Exifprobe examines and reports the contents and structure of JPEG and TIFF image files. It recognizes all standard JPEG markers (including APPn markers) and reports the contents of any properly structured TIFF IFD encountered, even when entry tags are not recognized. Recognized TIFF and TIFF/EP tags are expanded, including EXIF2.2 sections and camera MakerNotes in TIFF IFD format. GPS and GeoTIFF tags are recognized and entries printed in "raw" form, but are not expanded. Location, size, and format of image data is reported.

Print basic info about each file (image dimensions, quality setting, sampling ratios) of JPEG files.

"Jpegpixi" is short for "JPEG pixel interpolator". The intent of the program is to interpolate pixels in JFIF images (commonly referred to as "JPEG images"). This is useful to correct images from a digital camera with CCD defects. For example, if one pixel is always bright green, this pixel can be interpolated away with jpegpixi.

Jpegpixi is unique in that it tries to preserve the quality of the JFIF image as much as possible. Usual graphics programs decode JFIF images when they are loaded, and re-encode them when they are saved, which results in an overall loss of quality. Jpegpixi, on the other hand, does not decode and re-encode the image, but manipulates the encoded image data (known as the "discrete cosine transformation coefficients"). Therefore, the blocks (typically 8x8, 8x16, or 16x16 pixel areas) which contain the pixels to be interpolated are minimally disturbed, and other blocks remain pixel-by-pixel identical to the original image.

Jpegpixi is a command line utility.

Tools for unpacking & repacking blobs used for updating "hidden" partitions on ASUS Transformer.

The tools should be fairly selfexplanatory, but keep in mind there's very little error checking, so if it crashes, don't flash the blob ;)

libmodbus is a free software library to send/receive data with a device which respects the Modbus protocol. This library can use a serial port or an Ethernet connection.

The functions included in the library have been derived from the Modicon Modbus Protocol Reference Guide which can be obtained from Schneider.

A compatibility layer allowing applications written for libusb-0.1 to work with libusb-1.0. libusb-compat-0.1 attempts to look, feel, smell and walk like libusb-0.1.

This is an overlay repository with packages that have full debugging support enabled.

Maintainer Bugowner

Don't use this repository unless you know what you are doing!

libusb reached version 1.0 and support of 0.1 ABI is provided via libusb-compat. libusb0 became obsolete.

There can still exist some incompatibilities (and some obscure features were never ported). That is the only reason why you may need this repository. This project is not intended for anything else.

libusb0 cannot be part of a standard hardware repository because its package name conflicts with libusb-compat.

Latest versions of some packages maintained by me.

pkg-buildrequires allows to create major part of BuildRequires list automatically for packages using pkg-config.

It wraps pkg-config, analyzes all checks and proposes correct BuildRequires.
