The GNSS Toolkit (GNSSTk) is an open-source (LGPL) project sponsored by the Space and Geophysics Laboratory (SGL), part of the Applied Research Laboratories (ARL) at The University of Texas at Austin.
The primary goals of the GNSSTk project are to:
- provide applications for use by the GNSS and satellite navigation community.
- provide a core library to facilitate the development of GNSS applications.

All sort of software which has to do with electronics.
This repository contains tools for developing of electronic circuits and firmware for microcontrollers.
You can find here tools for devices too small (in whatever dimension) to run a Linux kernel.
Discord is an all-in-one voice and text chat for gamers that's free (beer), secure, and works on both your desktop and phone.
This is a modified version of Discord to remove the patent encumbered ffmpeg and swap with electron's pre-built non-patent ffmpeg lib.
CHIRP is a free, open-source tool for programming your amateur radio. It supports a large number of manufacturers and models, as well as provides a way to interface with multiple data sources and formats.
flaa is an interface application for RigExpert antenna analyzers.

WSJT-X implements JT9, a new mode designed especially for the LF, MF, and HF bands, as well as the popular mode JT65. Both modes were designed for making reliable, confirmed QSOs under extreme weak-signal conditions. They use nearly identical message structure and source encoding. JT65 was designed for EME (“moonbounce”) on the VHF/UHF bands and has also proved very effective for worldwide QRP communication at HF; in contrast, JT9 is optimized for HF and lower frequencies. JT9 is about 2 dB more sensitive than JT65A while using less than 10% of the bandwidth. With either mode, world-wide QSOs are possible with power levels of a few watts and compromise antennas. A 2 kHz slice of spectrum is essentially full when occupied by ten JT65 signals. As many as 100 JT9 signals can fit into the same space, without overlap.
GNU Radio is a collection of software that when combined with minimal
hardware, allows the construction of radios where the actual waveforms
transmitted and received are defined by software. What this means is
that it turns the digital modulation schemes used in today's high
performance wireless devices into software problems.
Gqrx is an experimental software defined radio receiver implemented using
GNU Radio and the Qt GUI toolkit. Currently it works on Linux and Mac and it
can use the Funcube Dongle, RTL2832U-based DVB-T dongles, OsmoSDR devices and
USRP devices as input source.
gr-funcube is an linux oot-module for gnuradio to implement a FUNcube Dongle and a FUNcube Dongle PRO+ source. It utodetects the correct soundcard from /proc/asound/cards. This idea was taken from the osmosdr drivers. To control the device, the hidraw code of the HID API is used.
The goal of the UHD is to provide a host driver and API for current and future Ettus Research products. Users will be able to use the UHD driver standalone or with 3rd party applications.
Here are openSUSE packages by Wojciech Kazubski. Main fields of interest are electonics, ham radio and possibly astronomy.
GNU Radio 3.9.x and related packages for Leap 15.x. Leap 15.6 is still providing obsolete GNU Radio 3.8.4 and some OOT modules have problems with swig 4.0. On the other side, GR version 3.10.x requires higher boost and cmake versions than available.in Leap 15,5 and 15.6
