- Support IMDS version setting (bsc#1220168)
  + For SLE 15 SP6 and later images we want to have instance launch with
    IMDS v2 as the default access protocol. This is accomplished by
    setting the a attribute on the image. The new --imds-support command
    line argument supports this setting.
