- Remove *.la files.

- Fix a crash in diskstat.py in a %post install script during the post
  build check for non-idempotent scripts: The chroot where this test
  occurs doesn't have /sys mounted. The resulting exception isn't
  handled gracefully by diskstat.py (boo#1085219).
