 * erts: Fixed a rare bug where files could be closed on a
   normal instead of an IO scheduler, resulting in system
   instability if the operation blocked.
 * public_key: Add DSA SHA2 oids in public_keys ASN1-spec and public_key:pkix_sign_types/1
- Fix instructions for changing address for epmd.socket service. The ListenStream option needs to be completely overriden otherwise the
  socket will be started with multiple ListenStream options and it will fail.

otp_src_R15B03.tar.gz has a lot of .beam files (which are compiled .erl), and they has been just repacked into rpms. we don't have any reasons not to trust Erlang/OTP maintainers, but it would be better to do clean and rebuild .beam from the sources.

- add make clean before build. it clears .beam files bundled with
  sources. our aim is to build everything from sources.
