  * New tflag "nosubject" for 'body' rules, to stop matching the
      Subject header which is part of the body text.
  * Security updates include deprecation of the unsafe sa-update
    '--allowplugins' option, which now prints a warning that
    '--reallyallowplugins' is required to use it.
