It would be useful to mention the reason why it is neccessary to relax the crypto policy for the tests only and not when it is installed.
We are packaging the crypto-policies pkg and some old SHA1 certificates used in the test environment won't pass with it now. This just relax the policies for them to be tested.
That would be useful to add to the changelog entry then
