Note this is a huge version jump and we even change upstream but there
are valid reasons to do that:
1. www.cs.cmu.edu has never been a valid upstream for unifdef.
2. Initial package 1.0 was already 5 years old in 2005,
   2.0 was out in 2002 already!
3. 1.0 is really poor - it doesn't even knows about "#if defined ..."
   syntax but only "ifdef ..." style.
4. This is now the unifdef which is used by the kernel people to create
   their headers. Other distros are using it too.
