Fix Ubuntu 20.10 build This also fixes a few `debian/changelog` warnings and adds link to upstream repo. The fix for Ubuntu 20.10 adds debian version prefix. Because `debtransform` creates non-native source package, the debian version is obligatory, and it became an error in newest `dpkg-source`. I submitted the bug upstream to fix this. https://github.com/openSUSE/obs-build/issues/633
