- update to 4.2:
  + New option: --generate_html => generates an HTML page (adaptable
    via Template::Toolkit) containing all user quotas for each 
    filer
  Note: 2 new configuration options in the ini file are needed:
        + html_template_file
        + html_dir 
- packaged sources inside a tarball to get a better overview and 
  save some space
- added recommends for perl(HTML::Template) as needed by the new
  (but per default disabled) option

- update to 4.0:
  + switching from Mail::Mailer to MIME::Lite::TT which allows 
    simpler templates following the Template::Toolkit standard
  + admins can now create own "Subject" and "Body" templates 
    for their own Emails and Emails sent to users
  + inform filer admins about 'unkown' user ids that the filer 
    reports without having a real user (name) behind it
  + increase logging a bit
  + added more documentation
- rename the binary to netapp-disk-usage to follow the manpage
- also package Email template for admins

- remove servername, threshold and mailtemplate from the commandline
  options. Only rely on the values in the config file to avoid 
  confusion.
- add user_mailtemplate as option to the config file
