* Enable octave bindings. * Add getfem-octave-installation-destdir-support.patch to allow relevant Makefile to install octave bindings to DESTDIR * Add getfem-toolbox-without-matlab.patch to disable installation of various scripts to matlab toolbox when matlab is disabled; this allows us to drop the post-install rm to delete the toolbox dir. * Run make check as part of %check.
