Fix bnc#814814, this is actually work in progress and if I'm not sure it's fixed it will be removed before the next release. I hope to get both factory testers and upstream involved in this.

The patch taglib-1.6-ds-rusxmms.patch contains a bug that messes up mp4 tags if the local is de_DE (likely every locale except ru_RU). See the bug report at: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=780256

This package contains an updated version of the rusxmms patch, taglib-1.8-ds-rusxmms-r2.patch, that fixes the problem.

It seems taglib 1.8 forgot to update version defines. Found this trying to adapt python-tagpy to 1.8, noticed wrong defines (still saying 1.7).

It could conceivably rain on dependencies, but only if they're checking those defines the wrong way (ie: if version == 1.7 instead of >= 1.8). Doubtful.
