- The FFmpeg backend for WMA decoding has been replaced with GStreamer. 
  Distributors are encouraged to configure their FAudio builds with 
  -DGSTREAMER=ON even if a WMA plugin is not available by default; 
  end users can provide their own plugins if needed.
