remove mkinitrd support (directly in factory as devel prj can't be submitted atm)
- Add patch 0001-Make-plymouthd-real-daemon-and-save-old-log.patch all daemons should call setsid(2) to become a real daemons without controlling terminal. Beside this the old boot log will help for debugging and for support.

- version 0.8.8_git201309032142 - All device specific code has been removed because the kernel has been fixed in the meanwhile so plymouth no longer requires libdrm_intel, libdrm_radeon, libdrm_nouveau and can use the generic interface.
