Update to version from Factory that uses the sources from kernel-source to build the tools.
Thomas wants this build method also for SLE. This also syncs cpupower between SLE and
ALP (requested in PED-5873). Also needed for the update of intel-speed-select to 1.15
(PED-4647). By now there are also two bugs (bsc #1218556 and #1218554 that ask for
never versions in SLE SP6).

The submission removes some entries from the changelog. But otherwise we can never
have the same sources in SLE and ALP.
