- memtest86+-gcc5.patch: Use -fgnu89-inline, fix build with 
  GCC5, code relies on old inline semantics.

- BuildIgnore gcc-PIE, it does not make sense for this package.

- make it work by picking patches from Fedora - memtest doesn't like
  optimizations with newer compilers.
