- Add /usr/lib/udev/rules.d: packages installing rules don't really have to build depend on udev, it only increases their build time. Fixes build issues like: https://build.opensuse.org/package/live_build_log/openSUSE:Factory:Staging:A:DVD/i4l-base/standard/x86_64
