libjcat
This library allows reading and writing gzip-compressed JSON catalog files, which can be used to store GPG, PKCS-7 and SHA-256 checksums for each file.
This provides equivalent functionality to the catalog files supported in Microsoft Windows.

- remove unreproducible signature file to make package build reproducible I think, this is just an example file, but would be interested in feedback from packager. file is created during build by ["/usr/bin/certtool", "--p7-detached-sign", "--p7-time", "--load-privkey", "data/tests/test-privkey.pem", "--load-certificate", "data/tests/pki/test.pem", "--infile", "../data/tests/colorhug/firmware.bin", "--outfile", "data/tests/colorhug/firmware.bin.p7c"]
