- Update to version 0.8.13:
+ Build: Fix desktop file generation.
+ All: Remove deprecated calls from GSSDP and GUPnP.
+ AV Controlpoint:
- Move some code into GtkBuilder files.
- Some clean-ups.
- Do not allow "Pause" when renderer is "Stopped".
- Fix icon for "Next" button.
- Enable menu key on playlist.
- Fix compiling with recent GUPnP-AV.

- Drop gupnp-tools-fix-build-with-new-gupnp.patch and
