JSON implementation in C

JSON-C implements a reference counting object model that allows you to
easily construct JSON objects in C, output them as JSON formatted
strings and parse JSON formatted strings back into the C
representation of JSON objects.

- Add json-c-hash-dos-and-overflow-random-seed-4e.patch to fix CVE-2013-6370 and CVE-2013-6371 (bnc#870147) - Update metadata (description, RPM groups), and remove .la file in %install, not %check.
