Bug fix: - Fix ctdb.service file permissions; (bnc#892368). Merge the following changes from openSUSE Factory. Spec file change: - Align BuildRequires libxslt for Fedora with CentOS and RHEL. Changelog only: - Avoid lockwait congestion by using an overflow queue; (bnc#867815).
