Log for C++
Log for C++ is a library of classes for flexible logging to files, syslog,
and other destinations. It is modeled after the Log for Java library and
stays as close to its API as is reasonable.

We need log4shib > 2 as a dependency for shibboleth-sp package [jsc#SLE-15483] (Update shibboleth-sp to 3.x) - run spec-cleaner, especially to fix SUSE header - update to version 2.0.0 - update library soname from 1 to 2 - update package filelist
