Update to version 0.10.1 required by the fwupd update to 1.8.6 (jsc#PED-1232)

This fixes fwupd failing to build in Staging:D

Note that the source of this SR isn't the package in obs because I just
submitted the last change to the devel project (see
https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1067141)
