Reason for linking: bugfix
Ticket: https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/58010 says we need version 3.7.4
current Upstream: 3.16; Leap 15.4: 3.10
https://metacpan.org/dist/DBD-Pg/changes lists quite a few bugfixes, so I'm not sure going back to 3.10 would be a good idea.
