LLVM compiler infrastructure
LLVM is a compiler infrastructure designed for compile-time,
link-time, runtime, and idle-time optimization of programs from
arbitrary programming languages. The compiler infrastructure includes
mirror sets of programming tools as well as libraries with equivalent
functionality.

Fix llvm-config --libdir to return /usr/lib64 where appropriate. The old method of using sed on the executable does no longer work, because llvm-config is now a binary.
