Device independent layer for speech synthesis

Edit Package speech-dispatcher

The goal of Speech Dispatcher project is to provide a high-level device
independent layer for speech synthesis through a simple, stable and
well documented interface.

What is a very high level GUI library to graphics, Speech Dispatcher is
to speech synthesis. The application neither needs to talk to the
devices directly nor to handle concurrent access, sound output and other
tricky aspects of the speech subsystem.

Guys, could you please fix the description of the package as "Python Bindings for CUPS" looks a bit odd here?

Reported spd-say: symbol lookup error: spd-say: undefined symbol: spd_list_synthesis_voices2 for sdp-say "test" on Leap 15.5.

Should libspeechd2 be used as a dependency of speech-dispatcher with the same version?
