Software defined radio receiver

Gqrx is an experimental software defined radio receiver implemented using
GNU Radio and the Qt GUI toolkit. Currently it works on Linux and Mac and it
can use the Funcube Dongle, RTL2832U-based DVB-T dongles, OsmoSDR devices and
USRP devices as input source.

- Update to version 2.14.2
* Added button to lock audio FFT and waterfall ranges.
* Fixed crash when invalid device string is entered.
* Fixed receiver starting unexpectedly when "Enable RDS" is
checked.
* Fixed invert scrolling option not applying to audio FFT.
